- Jama Software is a provider of enterprise on-premises and cloud computing and related solutions which processes personal data upon the instruction of data exporter in accordance with the terms of the Master Agreement or other written or electronic agreement and all associated Order Forms and Statements of Work between data importer and the data exporter ("Customer Agreement"). Jama Software will process customer personal data as necessary to perform the Services pursuant to the Customer Agreement. The processing activities will depend on the scope of data customer’s Services and customer’s configuration of the purchased solution. The data processed may include nonsensitive information uploaded into the solution as well as name, job title, business email address, telephone number, company name, IP address, cookie ID’s, account username and password, and profile picture. Personal data is processed internally as well as by third parties, as applicable. Any third parties with whom we share your personal data are limited in their ability to use your personal data for any purpose other than to provide services on our behalf to help with our business activities, unless otherwise permissible by applicable laws or consented to by you. We will always ensure that any third parties with whom we share your personal data are subject to privacy and security obligations consistent with this privacy policy and applicable laws. Jama Software subprocessors include providers of hosting services, customer service ticketing, customer community form, integration services, customer record management, customer communication and communication management, call and notetaking services, and virtual call services.
