- Scope
- JetStream Software, Inc. collects, processes, and retains personal information in the form of almost entirely company contact information, including individual and company names, email addresses, phone numbers, their LinkedIn and other social relationship media (SRM) URLs if they exist, in a subscription-based dedicated commercial cloud database of SaaS provider Salesforce.com to the extent necessary to reasonably serve our website visitors, trade show booth visitors, and other customer's requests for information and software. The rest of the personal data collected on these same individuals is in the form of emails exchanged with them by JetStream Software, Inc.'s employees, notes from their conversations and online and face-to-face meetings with our employees concerning what products the individuals in our Salesforce.com database have shown interest in or purchased, and that additional information is collected in the course of JetStream Software employees' day to day interactions, which is input and processed via keyboard entry and file attachments added to our dedicated Salesforce.com cloud database. Additionally, new spreadsheets of individuals visiting us and requesting information at trade shows obtained from the trade show organizers are imported to that same database, and spreadsheets containing minimal contact information from that same database are exchanged with mass email services, namely Salesforce.com and MailChimp so far, but may include similar others such as Marketo, who also use either Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, to execute mass emailings to selected contacts on our behalf. Additionally, we intend to use a Salesforce.com add-on, either Salesforce.com's High Velocity Sales or SalesLoft or Outreach.io to process our Salesforce.com cloud database contacts' contact information. Please note that any one of these add-on's will allow read-only access of LinkedIn, Twitter, and similar other SRM site's profiles of individuals in our dedicated Salesforce.com cloud database. We do not actively seek nor do we collect or store dates of birth, social security numbers, or any other personal information that might pose an identity theft threat if somehow Saleforce.com were compromised. To the best of our knowledge, our vendors and possible vendors mentioned above do not share, sell, or otherwise distribute the personal data that JetStream Software, Inc. shares with them in the normal course of business described above.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is JetStream Software GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
