- Jitterbit Harmony is an iPaaS (integration platform as a service) that allows customers to quickly connect their apps with self-service integration. As part of this service, customers personnel provide name, email, phone number and job title as part of registration. Jitterbit keeps that information (“Business Information”) private and it is only used for support, offerings and notification purposes. Customers are the controller of their data and may elect to use Jitterbit as a processor in processing their customer data. This data is encrypted and except for Business Information, transient within Jitterbit Harmony. Customers may elect to enable debug mode which would persist logging data for a short duration for troubleshooting purposes. Jitterbit treats this data as private and is only used for support purposes.
