- The JOOR Global Wholesale Marketplace online platform (iPad Apps and Website), collects information, including Personal Data, through the authorized user’s web browser, mobile device or backend integration. The data is stored in JOOR’s primary database hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Files can also be exchanged with JOOR via a secure FTP site hosted by BrickFTP. Information can be downloaded directly from the JOOR website by authorized users or sent by them through JOOR’s external email service hosted by Mandrill. System monitors and alerts are supported by Datadog. The types of Personal Data identified above reside in a user-profile table in the JOOR database as well as system logs (hosted by Datadog) that are retained for a set time period then removed. In addition, a limited amount of Personal Data (e.g., a user's name and contact information) is carried on order transactions. The following categories of data are collected, stored, and processed in the JOOR Global Wholesale Marketplace online platform (iPad Apps and Website). These data categories constitute, when accessed either individually or collectively, Personal Data for the Data Subjects: • The organization’s name • The organization’s address • The individual’s full name • The individual’s username and userid • The individual’s title • The individual’s email address • The individual’s telephone number • IP addresses
