We receive and store any information candidates knowingly provide to us. For example, through the registration process for the Interview Services and/or through a candidate's account settings, we may collect Personal Data, including without limitation, the following: First and last name, email address, telephone number, age and birthday, demographic information, and user content, for example, job prospect information, interview schedule, resume information, work history, social media links/URL, demographic information, and other information candidates directly upload to the Services as an interviewee, etc. We process Personal Data to operate, improve, understand and personalize our Services. For example, we use Personal Data to: Perform analytics and benchmarking to provide information and insights to our Partners regarding their applicant pools and their recruiting and hiring practices, conduct interviews and assess candidate skills, track candidate interviews with different Prospective Employers and otherwise meet contract or legal obligations. We may share candidate Personal Data with the candidate’s Prospective Employers and the candidate's recruiters in connection with providing our Services to the Prospective Employers.
