- Knowmadics processes personal data for the purposes of providing services for clients in operation of the 360 Aware® application. Data is collected from submission of data subject’s personal information by the data subject or the data subject’s employer at 360 Aware® user profile creation. Continual collection of data subject’s personal data such as geolocation from mobile devices will be done in the course of the utilization of the 360 Aware® application for the purposes of the application’s location and status update services. For the purposes and functions of the Knowmadics services the following personal data may be processed: name, username, password, call sign, call sign type, email, phone number, company, position, visa type, hire date, photo, employment information - call sign, call sign type, company, position, emergency contact information - name, relationship, phone number, passport information - passport number, name and surname, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, date of issue, date of expiration, gender, medical or health information – bodyweight, location information - date, place, address, latitude, longitude, camera data - video/audio, mobile device data - video/audio, smart watch data – audio, drone data - video/audio. Knowmadics shares data with the data subject’s employer as a client/customer of the 360 Aware® application for the purposes of the 360 Aware® application and to fulfill the contractual obligations with the data subject’s employer. Purpose of Data Processing: We process personal data primarily to improve services and ensure security. Types of Personal Data: Includes names, email addresses, employment details, geolocation, and health information (e.g., body weight for flight safety purposes) when consented to by the user Data Subjects: Our data subjects include customers, employees, and service users, along with their dependents as applicable. Third-Party Disclosures: We use third-party cloud services like Amazon Web Services for data storage and processing, and we may share data with legal and regulatory authorities as required. Consent and Choice: Data subjects can withdraw consent at any time by email to [email protected] Security and Data Integrity: We implement robust security measures to protect personal data and ensure it is processed only for intended purposes.
