Scope
We have employee records that we use for management processes in both the US parent and UK subsidiary which relate to UK resident personnel. We accept data from customers in the EU related to end user profiles which is used authenticate and support reporting from our applications to those end users. This information is frequently backed up and stored on servers in both US and EU datacenters.
