Scope
LaborChart provides workforce management solutions to the construction industry. LaborChart customers enter information, including Personally Identifiable Information (including but not limited to, name address, email, phone number, birthdate, and other) for the purpose of managing their employees and directing them to the appropriate job sites on a daily basis. The only time LaborChart would process personal data is if our client’s provide LaborChart with a spreadsheet of their employees and ask LaborChart to upload that information into the system for them. Once the information is uploaded, LaborChart permanently deletes the spreadsheet and the information uploaded resides in a secure data center compliant with the company of origin’s legal requirements. For example, any employee data for EU based companies is maintained exclusively in an EU sanctioned data center. It is not transferred or backed up in a US or other jurisdiction data center.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is LaborChart GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
