- Lasso provides a partnership and referral management platform to business clients. We process personal data of our clients' referral partners, their representatives, and prospective customer leads in the course of providing our services. Types of personal data processed: contact information (name, email address, phone number, job title), professional information (company name, LinkedIn profile URL), financial information (bank account details and tax identification information for commission payouts), technical data (IP address, browser user agent), and referral attribution data (campaign parameters, click identifiers). Categories of individuals: (1) referral and channel partners and their authorized representatives who use our partner portal, (2) prospective customer leads submitted through the platform, (3) website visitors who interact with referral links. We process this data to: manage referral partner programs on behalf of our clients, track and attribute referral activity, calculate and process commission payouts to partners, facilitate communications between our clients and their partners, synchronize data with client-authorized third-party integrations (such as CRM systems), and comply with applicable tax and financial reporting obligations. We may disclose personal data to the following categories of third parties acting as service providers: cloud infrastructure providers, payment and payout processors, email delivery services, tax verification services, electronic signature providers, and application monitoring services. We may also transfer data to third-party services (such as CRM platforms) at the direction and authorization of our clients.
