- Listrak Inc. is a U.S.-based provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) marketing automation solutions. In providing these services, Listrak acts as a Processor on behalf of its clients, who are the Controllers of the personal data. Listrak’s clients collect personal data from data subjects via their websites, online forms, and preference centers. This data is transferred to Listrak in the United States using secure protocols and may include: • Technical data such as IP address, device identifiers, and domain name • Activity data such as pages visited and user interactions • Voluntarily provided information such as name, email address, phone number, and company name • Contact information for permission-based communications via email, mobile messaging (SMS/MMS/RCS), web push, and mobile push messaging The personal data is processed by Listrak in order to: • Deliver requested content, product recommendations, and transactional messages • Support audience segmentation and delivery of targeted, permission-based marketing campaigns • Provide analytics and reporting to clients regarding campaign effectiveness and user engagement Listrak has no ownership of the personal data it processes and does not maintain a direct relationship with the individuals whose data is processed on behalf of its clients. All data subjects can unsubscribe or opt out of communications through mechanisms provided by the client. Personal data is transferred to the United States for processing as necessary to deliver the services and support Listrak’s business operations, in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Framework and other applicable data protection laws.
