In the course of our business, Localytics is responsible for processing our Customers’ data when they sign-up for, and use our services, and when our customers collect data from their end-users for our analytics and messaging services. As a Controller, Localytics processes Customers’ personal data to perform the contracted services with our customers including: To register new customers and users; To process and deliver our services; To manage relationships with our customers; To administer and protect our business and website; To deliver relevant website content to customers; To analyze and improve our services and relationships with customers; To recommend or suggest additional services or features that may interest customers. Localytics utilizes certain third party vendors to assist with these matters. Localytics only processes or uses personal data for the purpose for which it was collected, and we ensure contractually that our third party vendors do the same. (2) In the course of delivering our services, Localytics enables our customers to collect data from their End Users via Localytics tools for application analytics and messaging. Localytics customers control if data is collected, as well as what data is collected. This data may include certain personal data. Localytics processes our customers’ end-user data as instructed by our customers, and in accordance with our Service Agreements. In the course of providing our services, Localytics uses certain third party processors, such as for data hosting. What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Localytics GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
