- Scope
- Lunos processes personal data in reliance on the Data Privacy Frameworks to provide, operate, and improve our AI-driven accounts receivable automation services. We collect and process personal data necessary to create and manage user accounts, facilitate communication to manage receivables, integrate with third-party accounting and email systems, and secure and analyze platform use. This includes contact details (e.g., name, business email, phone), company information, communication history (including emails and call metadata), billing and payment information, account credentials, activity and usage data on the Platform, and responses to surveys or feedback. We use this data to deliver core platform functionality, communicate about services and account changes, protect against fraud, and conduct analytics to improve our services. We may disclose personal data to service providers and subprocessors who help deliver our services—such as payment processors, hosting and analytics providers, email and communication infrastructure, and integration partners—and to auditors, advisors, law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to support legal rights. Personal data may also be shared in connection with corporate transactions or restructuring, subject to confidentiality obligations.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Lunos GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
