- Types of personal data that Lynk collects include: ● Our Member’s name, phone number, email address, postal address, personal credentials, and credit card number; ● Account data, such as your username, password, and account setting preferences; ● Metadata that is automatically generated by our systems in the regular course of a Member’s usage of our Platform and/or Services; ● Records of communications and feedback that our Members have made with our support staff; ● Information about communications Members have made using our Platform and Services (including Lynk’s proprietary communication tool), including the contents and logs of any of your communications made via the Lynk Platform and Services, and the time and duration of such communications; and/or ● The type of device you use to access the Platform (i.e. computer, tablet, or smart phone). Unless required by law, Lynk does not/will not collect or process any of the following types of sensitive data: ● Race or ethnic origin ● Political opinions ● Religious or philosophical beliefs ● Trade union memberships ● Genetic or biometric data ● Health or mortality ● Sex life or sexual orientation Lynk collects and processes this information for the following purposes: ● To improve user experience/service. Users are able to search for transcripts, access audio files, and replay previous conversations. ● For expertise/knowledge ontology. Lynk analyzes the transcripts to create a topic taxonomy and knowledge/expertise categorization. This is then used to organize expert/expertise information. ● For expert recognition/expertise ratings. The transcripts data are one of the many inputs used in Lynk’s analytical models for expert identification and expertise ratings. ● For high precision matching. The transcripts data is analyzed to better understand client questions and expert answers, which provides a useful input for matching experts to client requests.
