- Technologies magicplan Inc. processes personal data received from the US and EU in reliance on the EU-U.S Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) in order to provide, maintain and improve the magicplan app, Cloud and Website, manage user accounts, store and sync project content, process orders and subscriptions, provide customer support, perform analytics and product optimization, and comply with legal and contractual requirements. In this context, we process customer and visitor data, including identification and contact details (such as name, email address, company information), account credentials, project and configuration data, technical and usage data, as well as limited billing-related information as needed for subscription management. Personal data received from the EU and the U.S in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF may be shared with our German parent company enapt GmbH for internal administration, contract fulfilment and support purposes, and with specific third-party service providers acting as processors. For customer and visitor data, these third parties include Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS), in particular for hosting and infrastructure, Hubsot Inc. for customer relationship management and communications, and Typeform SL for user surveys and form-based interactions. HR and applicant data is processed for recruitment, hiring decisions, onboarding and ongoing HR administration and may be shared with Personio SE & CO KG. As our HR and applicant management platform. All such third parties process personal data only on our instructions and subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards consistent with the EU-U.S. DPF Principles.
