- Mailgun Technologies provides certain services per the contract with its customers which involves the processing of personal data. Such processing activities include (a) providing the Services; (b) the detection, prevention and resolution of security and technical issues; and (c) responding to Customer’s support requests. The data processed consists of the data submitted by Mailgun customers to Mailgun's network, the extent of which is determined and controlled by the customer (Controller) in its sole discretion, and which may include name, email, telephone numbers, IP address and other personal data included in the contact lists and email content. Recipients of the personal data include the sub-processors to Mailgun which include service providers of technical platforms used for hosting the Mailgun email sending service, the support platform used for ticket resolution, and internal business platforms.
