- Scope
- Mapsly is an geo-analytical software to which organizations upload their data to see it on the map, build optimal routes for their mobile teams, and manage territories. Data they upload may include personal data that we store and process exclusively for the purpose of providing the services. During the signup and user management, our customers also provide data related to their organization and users which we store and process for the purpose of providing and improving the services as well as to make recommendations of more products that we offer, to communicate with the users and to provide support. During their work, users may voluntarily enable their location tracking in our mobile app which we use exclusively to provide location-depending functionality like checking into locations with geofencing, showing users' location to their supervisors. We also collect some automatic technical data to analyze and improve the performances of our services. We don't sell customer data to any third-parties. To provide our services, we use third-party geolocation and analytical services to which we pass only the fragments of customer data that is needed to provide the service a customer explicitly requested. For example, we may pass a user location along with the locations the user would like to visit to a route optimization API to plan an optimal route. Another example would be storing user names, emails and the history of communication in a third-party tech support software that we use to offer chat/email support services. This was a brief summary of the types of data we collect and why we do it — the full description you may find in our Privacy Policy.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is MAPSLY GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
