- MeetMax is a registration platform for conferences and events, allowing interested parties to fills in an online form to state that they will be attending an event. Our Clients are event hosting companies who are the ones creating the vent, choosing who to invite, and managing the data collected. MeetMax provides a software service to the event hosts, allowing them to easily create online registration sites for their event. Such a registration form will always ask for first name, last name, company - and usually email and telephone. It does not ask for more sensitive data such as social security numbers, passport numbers or credit card numbers. It normally requests only work contact details not home details. MeetMax collects such data on behalf of our clients to run their events efficiantly and know who is going to come. MeetMax itself has no interest in the data for its own purposes. As such we take every care in protecting the data from anyone other than the Client for that event. Should any registrant change their mind about registering for an event, normally the Client will handle that on the MeetMax platform - but if any should feel they need extra assistance, MeetMax is ready to assist in removing their data form the platform.
