- Mezmo collects and processes personal data from individuals in the EU, UK, and Switzerland in connection with its website, platform services, and corporate operations. For users visiting or logging into services under the mezmo.com domain, Mezmo collects data such as name, email address, organization, IP address, user agent, geolocation, timezone, and secure login credentials. This data is used to personalize the user experience, manage user accounts, provide tailored support, analyze product performance, and ensure platform security. In its role as a service provider, Mezmo also processes log and telemetry data submitted by its customers. This customer-provided data may contain personal information such as IP addresses, email addresses, usernames, or other identifiers from customer systems. Mezmo processes this data to deliver its observability services, including ingestion, transformation, analysis, alerting, and routing of telemetry, as well as to help customers meet compliance obligations. Mezmo also processes human resources data relating to its employees in the EU, UK, and Switzerland, including personal identifiers, contact details, training records, and performance information, for purposes of employment administration and corporate operations. Personal data may be disclosed to third-party subprocessors who provide technical services such as cloud hosting, data analytics, customer support, and security monitoring. Mezmo may also disclose data to affiliated group entities or, where required, to government authorities or regulators in compliance with applicable law. All transfers of personal data are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, and Mezmo maintains appropriate accountability and dispute resolution mechanisms to support these transfers.
