- MoPub, Inc. provides advertising technology services that allow publishers of mobile applications and websites to show ads, and advertisers to reach audiences that may be interested in their products or services. MoPub receives and processes personal information relating to natural persons in the EU/EEA who are individual contacts of publishers, advertisers, suppliers, service providers and other corporate business partners of MoPub. This personal information is collected, held and processed for different purposes, which may include any of the following: for sales and marketing to businesses, effecting transactions with businesses, supplying services and products to such businesses, financial processing and management, supplier, vendor, and partner relationship management, customer support and customer relationship management, operations and security management, and legal and regulatory compliance. MoPub's advertising technology services are designed to avoid collecting information that identifies end users personally, such as name, address, or email address. MoPub receives and processes information about the devices of end users of mobile applications and mobile sites that use MoPub's services within the EU/EEA. MoPub uses this information for purposes of serving ads, ad reporting and conversions, frequency capping, fraud detection and prevention, interest-based advertising, geo-targeting, and providing, understanding, and improving our services. The information described above is not disclosed to third parties except in the limited circumstances described in the Privacy Policy, including with consent; to advertiser customers so that they can decide whether to bid on ad inventory or serve an advertisement and choose the best ad for that device; when necessary to provide the advertising technology services to publishers or advertisers; to a service provider subject to appropriate privacy, confidentiality, and security measures; to comply with a law or regulation or protect against harm; or to a corporate affiliate or in connection with a business transfer.
