- We primarily collect the below details. 1. Email 2. Name 3. Company Name 4. Phone Number 5. Location (Geography – mostly automatically) 6. Source i.e. google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. We use this information, primarily for Lead generation and marketing, i.e. we add them to Hubspot, Madmimi or other such platforms within our account for further processes like newsletters etc. Announcement emails etc. On customer stores, i.e. for end users we store 1. Email 2. Name 3. Password 4. Location (IP Address) The email address, name is shared with a mailing service (Sendgrid) to send out automated emails. And IP address for DRM. We store other information such as search history, purchases, views, logins, that are basically used for Analytics. This is available to customers from within the CMS. But is not shared externally at present.
