This data is used to provide, administer, secure, support, and improve our B2B software licensing and entitlement-management services; manage customer relationships; and meet legal obligations. Where necessary, personal data may be disclosed to contracted cloud-hosting, security, support, communications, and other service providers acting on our behalf, or to authorities when required by law.

- Nalpeiron processes two sorts of information. Data we collect on our direct customers and the data we process on behalf of our customers. Nalpeiron collects personal information from our customers when they register with Nalpeiron for a Nalpeiron account. We ask for information such as name, company name and address, site name, phone number, e-mail address, etc. When our customers use certain Nalpeiron products or services, for instance seminars and online surveys, they are asked to be included in an email or other mailing list, product promotions, etc. Additionally, customer information may be retained by Nalpeiron to verify compliance with business agreements, log software licenses granted, to track software downloaded from those pages, or track usage of other applications available on those pages. Finally, customer data is used to operate our service, tailor it to specific customers and for billing purposes. Personal data may be shared with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services Inc, MongoDB, and Zapier, Inc. Nalpeiron provides licensing and analytics services to our customers. As part of this service Nalpeiron collects data (enduser data) at the direction of its customers. In these situations, Nalpeiron performs collection, processing and storage of this information under direct and explicit instructions from its customers. Nalpeiron has no direct connection or relationship with the end users whose personal information it processes. Nalpeiron does not review, share, distribute, or reference any such customer Data except as we are directed by our customers. In accordance with the terms of service, Nalpeiron accesses enduser data only for the purposes of providing our services to our customers, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a customer's request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law.
