- Neura is the first AI-as-a-Service platform that enables products to maximize engagement by understanding people and the behaviors that drive them. Neura enables third-party developers that have integrated our technology via our SDK into their products, to deliver a personalized experience and functionality to their end-users based on the respective end-users behavior, habits, and activity. Activating the Neura services within a Neura-Enabled Product enables Neura to collect raw sensory data such as accelerometer, light, Bluetooth, and WiFi activity directly through user’s mobile device. Neura processes and analyzes the raw data through its proprietary system. Neura’s algorithms transform the raw data into meaningful knowledge and actionable insights about the user. Developers may subscribe to receive a certain portion of their user’s insights (e.g., behavioral insights that were generated by Neura), to make their product or service more personalized and adapt to user’s day to day life. User insights are shared with customers only with respect to their users that have granted consent for Neura to collect and analyze data and share user insights. A Neura Developer account grants access to a set of APIs of Moments, Situations, Predictions, and Behavioral Profiles. This set of information includes only non-personal identifiable information such as whenever a person walks, drives or run, when a user arrives to a specific location such as a café or an airport, a set of predictions about the actions a user is expected to take and behavioral characteristic (user segmentation). These insights are shared without disclosing the address or specific location of the user. For information that contains personal information such as specific addresses as well as extended profiling, Neura requires the developer to receive the user’s explicit consent before he can access them. Using these features also requires the developer to use phone-based authentication, so that the user can identify himself, and control the information Neura is sharing on his behalf. User's phone numbers are only used for the authentication process and are not shared with third parties.
