- For all Noosh products and services, Noosh serves as a service provider. In our capacity as a service provider, we will receive, store, and/or process Business-relevant Personal Data. In such cases, we are acting as a data processor and will process the personal information of a Partner or Direct Customer’s Authorized Users on behalf of and under the direction of our Partners and/or Direct Customer administrative contacts. The information that we collect from our Partner and/or Direct Customers Authorized Users in this capacity is used for managing transactions, reporting, invoicing, renewals, other operations related to providing services to Partners and/or Direct Customers. Noosh provides a marketing printed product procurement solution to its Partners and Direct Customers who subscribe to its hosted software application. In its role as a service provider, Noosh collects business-relevant Personal Data from Partner or Direct Customer Authorized Users when they activate invitations to create user accounts, login to their account for the first time, and update their online personal profile. The business-relevant Personal Data collected is limited to only that required to use Noosh products and services. Noosh collects only the following types of business-relevant Personal Data from its Partner or Direct Customer Authorized Users: contact information, including a person's first and last name, work email address, work mailing address, work telephone number, title, and company name. When Partner or Direct Customer Authorized Users use our products and services online, we may collect their IP address and browser type. We may associate IP address and browser type with a specific user. We also may collect business-relevant Personal Data from persons who contact us through our corporate website to request additional information; in such a situation, we would collect contact information (as listed above) and any other information that the person chooses to submit through our website. The information that we collect from Partner or Direct Customer Authorized Users is used exclusively for accessing the products and services they buy from us, reporting, invoicing, renewals, other operations related to providing services and products to the Partner or Direct Customer. Noosh does not disclose business-relevant personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Should this change in the future, individuals will be notified by email and offered the opportunity to opt-out by replying to the email notification.
