- Our EU and US Human Resource data is securely backed up through a service provider which complies with the Privacy Shield and GDPR of 2018. This data is maintained purely for our operational purposes, within restricted access (only two employees have access). Our company collects data from the users of our App and stores them in an encrypted service which also complies with the EU GDPR of 2018. The personal data that we collect are: name, email and support requests. We use this for their registration to use our App and to respond to support requests. In special situations, to debug issues, we would also temporarily collect a users mobile device model and their usage history of our product (this is not by default).
