- We collect and process client data in order to provide our medication reminder and adherence service. At registration we capture a client’s name, phone and email address and optionally their medication dose schedule (times of day they take their medication). As clients interact with the service we capture information regarding how, what and when they say during their interaction. We require this data in order to build, improve and tailor our service on a per client basis. We do not share information or data collected with any outside except where required by HIPAA or law.
