- Nylas collects data to support its core function as an integration platform that simplifies the connection and synchronization of email, calendar, and contact data across various email service providers. In providing these services, Nylas may process standard personally identifiable information (PII), including names, email addresses, and IP addresses. Additionally, Nylas systems may process human resources (HR) data if such information is transmitted by a customer through the Nylas API. This could include, for example, data related to interview scheduling or hiring documentation. Certain data processed by Nylas may be shared with authorized third parties listed on the Nylas Subprocessor Page, which is accessible via the Nylas Privacy Notice. Separately, Nylas also collects personal data from job applicants and employees for purposes related to recruitment and employment. This data may include, but is not limited to, names, residential addresses, dates of birth, and personal email addresses.
