- Scope
- ON24 provides its clients a platform for the development, production and distribution of customizable webcasts, webinars, and other content. Via the ON24 Platform, we process (acting as a data processor/service provider) data our clients submit to our services, as well as data our customers instruct us to collect or otherwise process on their behalf. The personal data that is collected on behalf of clients is always chosen by our clients and usually includes name, email, contact information and other registration information, as well as other personal information the client chooses to collect or instructs us to collect via our services, and any content and information the client uploads, produces, manages or distributes via the ON24 Platform. ON24 collects and otherwise processes personal data via the ON24 Platform in order to provide our services to our clients. The data that is collected is not used for other purposes by ON24. The data of each client is segregated from the data of other clients and is not shared with any third parties other than certain subprocessors acting for ON24. The self-certification applies to our activities related to the ON24 Platform.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is ON24 GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
