- Onapsis processes business contact information (name, email address, job information, phone number, and address), cookie and website usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and navigation data), and customer portal account information. We use this data for: • contract management and sales administration; • customer portal access, product updates, and delivery of our products and services; • customer service and product support requests; • identity verification and communications; • improving and protecting our website and products; • marketing, where we have consent or a legitimate interest. When Onapsis processes personal data on behalf of its customers as a data processor, it does so only on the customer's written instructions under a Data Processing Agreement. It engages subprocessors only with the customer's prior authorization. We disclose this data only to the following third parties: • Onapsis affiliated companies, which apply the same privacy principles. • Service providers acting as our agents that process personal data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. These include providers that support delivery of our services, customer support, business communications, and marketing and promotional activities, as well as website analytics and advertising providers such as Google Analytics. • Professional advisers, and, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, prospective purchasers, their advisers, and the new owners. • Public authorities, courts, and law enforcement, when required by law, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. • Other third parties, only with the individual's consent.
