Scope
For the purposes of offering our last-mile delivery management web products, we collect the name, email address and phone numbers of the dispatchers, drivers and recipients involved in a delivery transaction. Our customers may also include other details in the notes associated with some of these entities. Further, the geographic location of the active drivers as well as the recipient-provided delivery address is collected in order to facilitate the delivery process and the analytics and optimization functionality around this last-mile delivery process. Some of this information is shared with third-party software providers for the internal purposes of supporting the development and maintenance of our software products.
