- Oomnitza provides software as a service (SaaS) for IT asset management (‘Services') purposes so that our customers can manage and operate aspects of their IT assets. In providing these Services, Oomnitza collects and processes asset related information: software, licenses, serial numbers, ip addresses of devices, locations, assigned users, contracts with suppliers, uploaded media files and other content that our customers (each, a ‘Customer’) submit to the Services, instruct us to process on their behalves in connection with the Services ('Customer Data') or configure workflows module to automate a behavior of the Services. Customer Data will be used by Oomnitza in accordance with Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in its agreement with Customer and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law. The personal and commercial data of each client are separated from each other. Oomnitza is a processor of Customer Data and Customer is the controller. Customer may, for example, use the Services to grant and remove access to the Activity feed or Workstream sections, create notifications and subscriptions, assign roles and configure settings, access, modify, export, share and remove Customer Data and otherwise apply its policies to the Services. Our Customer can use third-party integrations with our Services via Oomnitza API. In this case, our Customer should be aware of the Privacy Policy of these third parties. To the extent that customers' employees human resources data are not included on Oomnitza's platform, such information is not processed by Oomnitza. This certification does not cover the human resources data of Oomnitza's own EU affiliates, which Oomnitza receives pursuant to other data transfer mechanisms. As set forth in our privacy policy, Oomnitza also collects other information that may include personal data, such as account creation data, usage information and cookie information, and uses this information to provide our Services. Oomnitza shares personal data with the following third parties for the following purposes, as more fully described in Oomnitza’s Privacy Policy: (i) service providers and Oomnitza’s corporate affiliates to assist us with the provision of our Services; (ii) business partners to provide you with a product or service you have requested; (iii) advertising partners to deliver personalized advertisements; (iv) third parties to protect us or others or in the event of merger sale or other asset transfers.
