Scope
We process personal data primarily to be able to offer the Services to our Customers and to run, maintain and develop our business. Personal data (for example driver names, driver email addresses, user names, user emails, and end-customer data such as name, address, email address and phone number) may be processed in order to carry out our contractual obligations towards the Customer. We may use the data, for example, to offer essential functionalities of the Services and to provide access to the Services. We rely on the following categories of third-party providers to deliver the Services: cloud hosting and other core infrastructure (including data-pipeline, search, logging and geospatial services), SMS messaging, and transactional email providers. If a Customer contacts our customer service, we will use the provided information for answering questions, solving possible issues and supporting our Customers with their customer-service requests. We rely on the following categories of third-party providers: customer-support solution providers and in-app communications solution providers. We collect personal data of our Customers/Prospects and their representatives (name, title, phone number, organisation, account information and correspondence) for the purpose of contacting Customers/Prospects regarding our Services as part of our sales process, to inform Customers of changes in our Services, and to conduct marketing activities. We rely on the following categories of third-party service providers for marketing and sales purposes: CRM and sales-execution, analytics, advertising/retargeting, user reviews and testimonials, data-enrichment, A/B-testing and UX analytics, webinar and demo-scheduling, and survey/feedback-form solution providers. We may process information regarding the use of our Services to improve service quality (e.g. by analysing trends in service usage). When possible, we will do this using only aggregated, non-personally identifiable data. We rely on third-party providers for analytics and product-usage insights. For subscription billing we process limited customer contact and payment details through a payment-processing service provider. Personal data is disclosed only to the third-party categories listed above to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is OptimoRoute GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
