- PagerDuty is the platform for mission-critical work in the modern enterprise. Through its SaaS-based platform, PagerDuty empowers its customers to prevent and resolve business-impacting incidents for exceptional customer experience. When revenue and brand reputation depends on customer satisfaction, PagerDuty arms organizations with the insight to proactively manage events that may impact customers across their IT environment. PagerDuty receives personal data from the European Union in delivering its services to its customers, when individuals access or use PagerDuty’s websites or SaaS services, and in conducting its business operations (collecting, the “Services”). PagerDuty uses the personal data to deliver the Services according to our Data Processing Addendum (https://www.pagerduty.com/data-processing-addendum/), as well as according to our Privacy Policy (https://www.pagerduty.com/privacy-policy/), as applicable. In connection with the Services, PagerDuty’s customers submit electronic data, which may include personal data about their employees or other individuals located in the European Economic Area and/or Switzerland, to PagerDuty. PagerDuty processes the electronic data on behalf of its customers and may disclose the data to third-party subprocessors according to the terms of the applicable Data Processing Addendum. PagerDuty maintains contractual agreements with all of its subprocessors in compliance with the Data Privacy Framework obligations. PagerDuty also collects and processes personal data directly from individuals in its provision of the Services. PagerDuty processes this personal data as described in and pursuant to the Privacy Policy, including to provide, support, and improve the Services, to communicate with individuals, for marketing and sales purposes, for recruitment and human resources management, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. PagerDuty discloses this information to third parties as necessary to provide the Services as well as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
