- Parsable provides an online mobile collaboration and workflow platform (‘Services’) so that our customers can communicate, execute and author procedures and operate aspects of their businesses. In providing these Services, Parsable collects and processes messages, files and other content our customers (each, a ‘Customer’) submit to the Services or instruct us to process on their behalves in connection with the Services ('Customer Data'). Customer Data will be used by Parsable in accordance with Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in its agreement with Customer and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law. Parsable is a processor of Customer Data and Customer is the controller. Customer may, for example, use the Services to grant and remove access to a team, assign roles and configure settings, access, modify, export, share and remove Customer Data and otherwise apply its policies to the Services. To the extent that customers' employees human resources data is included on Parsable's platform, such information is processed by Parsable. However, the certification does not cover the human resources data of Parsable's own EU affiliates, which Parsable receives pursuant to other data transfer mechanisms. As set forth in our privacy policy, Parsable also collects other information that may include personal data, such as account creation data, usage information and cookie information, and uses this information in furtherance of our legitimate interests in operating our Services, Websites and business.
