Why: The KYC and KYB data in scope of the data transfer is processed for the purposes of Payhawk, Inc. and its Card issuer’s compliance with applicable AML/CFT regulations. How: The personal data in scope is initially collected and processed by our compliance team on our EU databases and later transmitted to Payhawk Inc’s Issuer in the US.
