- PoliteMail processes personal data in order to manage email broadcasts and provide email analytics for customers of our software application. Types of personal data processed include employee name, email address, and IP address. No data is shared with or otherwise disclosed to any third parties except for specific sub-processors engaged by contract to provide the Services, the data is confidential to the customer utilizing our software to send broadcast email messages primarily to their own employees.
