- Pollfish operates an on-line survey platform, through which a Researcher Client may conduct surveys. By registering to Pollfish, the Researcher Client can create a survey questionnaire (or ask Pollfish to create a survey questionnaire for the Researcher Client based on specific Researcher Client requests), design and implement his own survey programming strategy and address the survey questionnaires to specific audience segments. The Researcher Client sets the targeting criteria and Pollfish distributes the surveys to the audience segments which meet the targeting criteria set by the Researcher Client. In order to identify eligible Survey Respondents whose profile meets the targeting criteria, Pollfish has built and operates its proprietary Database, which consists of Data of members of the audience which may be eligible for a survey. Such Data are derived from App Publishers, with which Pollfish interoperates. Users (Respondents) have to provide consent to the Publisher in order for Pollfish to be able to use Respondents’ data and tender surveys to them. When a survey is shown to a Respondent, the Respondent then has to opt-in to Pollfish’s Terms. After the Respondent has opted-in, Pollfish distributes the surveys created by the Researcher Client, collects the survey responses and provides the Researcher with reports which consist of: (a) The Researcher Client’s survey questions and the responses to such questions (b) Certain anonymous statistical and socio-demographic data, as already existing in the Pollfish proprietary Database, pertaining to the statistical and socio-demographic profile of anonymous Survey Respondents who have participated successfully in the Survey Process. Besides Researchers, other third parties to which the data may be disclosed are: - Pollfish customers and business partners (including marketing companies and advertisers) - Pollfish partners providing security services and technical services for Pollfish (maintenance, data analysis, service hosting etc.) - Public authorities if so requested, for purposes of compliance with the Law. Types of Data Processed: For survey respondents: Anonymous response metadata, device metadata, voluntarily submitted emails, anonymous survey responses. For clients: Registration data ( Full name, email, password, Tax ids) For publishers: ( Full name, email, password, Tax ids) Third parties to which we may disclose information: Clients (including researchers and/or data integrators). Publisher partners, third party service providers for the provision of maintenance technical support, hosting, analytics and related services.
