- Poly is a middleware platform that enterprises use to build integrations, orchestrations and micro-services. Poly can be hosted by our clients and in that case Poly has no access to any customer data. In the case where the customer wants Poly to host the platform, Poly only would see client data if the client asks for help troubleshooting. Poly does not actively collect, monitor or store data from any source.
