Within the scope of its Application Privacy Notice, Preava processes the personal data of its customers and customers' employees, on the instructions its customers, for the following purposes: enabling the use of Preava's web-based software application ("Application"); providing information or products requested from Preava; responding to requests or questions; fulfilling legal obligations and enforcing Preava's rights; improving and training Preava's Application; and sending email marketing communications. Preava processes the personal data of individuals whose personal data is contained in emails that Preava customers process in Preava's Application for the following purposes: providing the features of Preava's Application; and, if our customers agree that we may do so, anonymizing the data and using the anonymized data to improve and train Preava's Application. Preava discloses personal data to third-party service providers who provide standard business tools and services.
