- PrimeRevenue provides electronic supply chain finance systems by means of password protected websites (collectively, the Platform). Financial institutions, buyers and suppliers submit electronic data and information, including personal data, into PrimeRevenue's servers by means of the Platform. The personal data collected includes primarily business contact information of employees and representatives of companies in support of the business to business activities of such companies utilizing the Platform. In addition, PrimeRevenue collects additional information and documents, which may include copies of government-issued identification, from these users. This personal data is used to provide, maintain, protect, develop, and improve the solutions that PrimeRevenue offers to its business customers; verify the identity of users on the Platform; add new users to the Platform; facilitate transactions and support to users of the Platform; detect, investigate and prevent potential fraud and security risks; conduct data analysis to improve PrimeRevenue's products and services; and support PrimeRevenue's internal business operations. In addition, PrimeRevenue collects, transfers, and uses personal data of its current and prospective users (as outlined above) and current and prospective partners, for purposes of sales, marketing, customer care and business partner recruitment and engagement. PrimeRevenue uses a limited number of third-party service providers to assist in providing the Platform and related services to users, which includes technical operations and data transmission and storage. These third-party service providers may access, process or store personal data in the course of providing such services to PrimeRevenue.
