- Promevo processes customer information ( such as emails, names, address and phone numbers ) to administer customer cloud services, provide proprietary SaaS applications and to provide an online storefront for the products and services we sell. Promevo collects personal data only as necessary to provide its EU customers with its technology products and services. Promevo processes personal data consistent with these purposes. Promevo will obtain consent before using any personal data received under the Privacy Shield for purposes different than those stated above. Promevo may disclose personal data to third parties: When Promevo uses those third parties to provide the services requested by Promevo’s corporate customer; If Promevo or any of its Privacy Shield-certified affiliates or substantially all of their assets are acquired by a third party; When Promevo has a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Promevo, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Promevo manages any third-party recipients of personal data from the EU to ensure they provide protections consistent with the Privacy Shield Principles. Under the Privacy Shield, Promevo remains responsible for how these third parties handle personal data Promevo has received and transferred under the protection of the Privacy Shield. In addition, Promevo is required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
