- Prominic is a managed hosting provider and datacenter operator. Prominic does not collect personal data about individuals except as needed in the ordinary course of business or when an individual provides it voluntarily. Prominic collects contact and billing details from customers and prospective customers in order to provide, support, and invoice its services; technical data such as IP addresses, domain names, and service logs in order to operate, maintain, and secure hosted environments; and employment records relating to its own personnel in order to administer the employment relationship. Prominic also stores, on behalf of its customers, databases and files that may contain personal data. In those cases storage is the only processing Prominic performs on that data, and Prominic acts on its customers' instructions rather than for its own purposes.
