- Prove Identity, Inc. have employees based in the UK and EU. We collect and process recruitment-related personal information and employment-related personal information e.g., CVs, applications, bank account details for wages, contact details and address details of employees etc. This information is shared with Prove Identity, Inc. employees on a need-to-know basis e.g., HR counterparts in the US, Finance for payroll etc. Prove also transfer personal information of UK, EU and/or Swiss data subjects when acting on behalf of our customers for two purposes. The first purpose is due to many Prove employees, specifically our Technology and Product teams, being based in the United States, which means that UK/EU/Swiss Personal Data of Prove Customers will be accessed by these teams for troubleshooting purposes. The second purpose is because some of the sub-processors used for our products in the UK and EU are based in the US.
