Scope
Qubit offers a digital experience delivery platform which allows customers to understand visitor behavior and personalize every step of the website user's journey across all of a customer's digital channels. In the normal course of using the Qubit products, customers will collect certain data on end-users of their websites into the Qubit systems. The types of information collected are determined by each customer, and such information is typically collected by the customer via customer interactions with the customer website (for example via an online form) or through the use of cookies. This information may include name, email address, phone number, IP address, geographical location, participation in loyalty schemes, and user/loyalty IDs. Qubit processes such data to provide and support its product solutions, which typically involves identifying trends relating to online user behaviour, publishing reports, and developing features designed to enable our customers to improve and better understand their websites. Qubit at all times processes the personal data it collects strictly in accordance with its customers' instructions from time to time. In addition Qubit may be required to disclose personal data to conform to legal requirements or in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Qubit GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
