- Qumulo collects the following data: Contact information, for the purposes of communicating with customers and partners about the service, or customer service requests. Information provided in forms, chats, to an email or other 'Contact Us" mechanism, to improve our site and services as well as provide customer support responses. Preferences for marketing to comply with our legal obligations under the EU and UK privacy directives Event registration information to facilitate in person and virtual events Information collected through the use of the Service, to test, improve our Service and develop new features and functionalities Analytics data where we have been given consent to do so, to monitor and improve our Sites and Services Geographic location (where we have consent to do so) to ensure compliance with local privacy mandates and to prevent unlawful behavior Log files and information, where we have consent to do so, in order to analyze preferences, trends, and statistics to improve the sites and services, and to prevent unlawful behavior Potential recipients of personal information include Qumulo entities outside of the US, service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, business partners, such as those we jointly offer products or services with, legal advisors or accountants, entities in connection with a business transaction, law enforcement or regulators when required by law or if we reasonably believe such an action is necessary to protect the consumer's interests or ours, and third party ad networks and advertising partners, where we have consent to do so.
