- Qvidian collects from its current and prospective customers: (1) name, (2) company, (3) work email address, (4) work postal address, (5) work telephone number, and (6) job title. The purpose of collecting such information is to (i) provide services to existing customers, including establishment of customer accounts, technical support services, and billing; and (ii) respond to inquiries from prospective customers about Qvidian?s service offerings. Such information collected is processed by Qvidian utilizing a third-party customer relationship management application for the management of customer and sales opportunity information (e.g., Salesforce.com), and for the processing of software services (e.g., third -party hosting service providers such as Internap Network Services). Such third parties do not transfer onward personal information collected by Qvidian or contact customers or prospective customers directly; processing of personal data by third parties is strictly limited to that necessary to provide services to Qvidian.
