- We gather email addresses of visitors to a customer's online store to send cart recovery emails as part of our service. We associate the email to shopping cart data for the purpose of providing the service of cart recovery. We gather information for users of our service including email, phone number, and credit card information to provide customer support and allow billing for the service itself. We currently use Intercom (in-app customer support), HelpScout (email customer support), Google Analytics (behavior tracking), Bento (email marketing), Stripe (payment processing), Fathom Analytics (behavior tracking), ProfitWell (payment tracking), and Clarity (behavior tracking) as third party agents.
