- Red e App, Inc. dba RedeApp provides a communication platform that connects businesses with their frontline workforce. RedeApp has no establishment and no personnel of any kind in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. The personal data covered by this self-certification is customer, user and website visitor data. Customers provide RedeApp with information about the individuals they authorize to use the platform so that RedeApp can create and administer accounts, organize users into communication groups, apply permission-based communication roles, and support the customer's configuration of the services. That information may include name, contact details, physical work location, job description or title, managerial status, organizational reporting lines, and birthdate. RedeApp processes this information on behalf of and at the direction of the customer. RedeApp also collects personal data in its own right from website visitors, prospective customers and business contacts, for sales, marketing, customer support and website analytics purposes. RedeApp does not sell personal data. RedeApp discloses personal data to service providers that perform functions on its behalf, including cloud infrastructure and hosting, application monitoring, customer support, analytics and marketing services. RedeApp remains responsible for ensuring that those service providers process personal data to the standard required by its Data Privacy Framework commitments. RedeApp may also disclose personal data where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
