- For Reflexis Workforce Manager (budgeting, forecasting, and labor scheduling), Reflexis Time and Attendance, and Reflexis Employee Self-Service, Reflexis may handle, transfer, or store information such as employee first and last name, address, phone number, and social security number (or the country specific version of an employee's ID number). This information is made available to permissioned users only, such as the individual or individual's manager. However, the social security number, while stored in the Reflexis system, can be made not visible to the individual's manager at the customer's discretion. Information at rest and in transit can be encrypted. At a minimum, information transferred is sent using HTTPS, the same protocol used by banks and other financial institutions. Information in our cloud delivery model is stored on private, virtual servers that can only be accessed by permissioned users who submit the proper unique login ID and password pair. Optionally, two-fold security can be employed (proper ID and password combined with biometrics such as a fingerprint scan).
