- Employees of our customers (typically large enterprises) are able to log-in to our system and refer their friends using our platform. On an opt-in basis, they can share jobs with their friends, post their company’s jobs on their social networks, and track their referrals using our platform. When a candidate is referred, they are brought to our system to complete the referral process, and then forwarded on to our customer’s HR system to complete the job application. Personal Information that we might collect would include things like, your name, phone number, your email address and home and business postal addresses, credit card or other billing information, and website URLs, and any other information or data that you provide to the Services, such as any of your social networking site accounts that you link to your Account. We use Personal Information for the following purposes: (i) to administer the Services, (ii) to enable users to easily navigate the Services, (iii) to provide, improve and optimize the Services, (iv) to better understand users needs and interests, (iv) to personalize your experience, (v) to provide you with software updates and/or product announcements, and (vi) to provide you with further information and offers from us that we believe you may find useful or interesting. We may share aggregated information that does not include Personal Information and we may otherwise disclose non-identifying Information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic and analytical profiling and other purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information. We may employ third party companies and individuals to process your payments, facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Services-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Services' features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used.
