- Scope
- Repsly provides a B2B software-as-a-service retail execution platform used by consumer goods brands, distributors, and retail service providers to manage field sales, merchandising, and in-store execution activities. The service consists of a mobile application used by field representatives and a web-based management platform used by supervisors and administrators. In providing the service, Repsly processes personal data on behalf of its business customers in its role as a data processor. Users of the platform are typically employees or contractors of Repsly’s customers who use the service to record and manage retail execution activities. Personal data processed through the service may include user identification and account information (such as name, business email address, phone number, username, role, and authentication credentials). Operational data generated through the use of the platform may also include store visit records, timestamps, geolocation information associated with store visits, photographs captured in retail locations, notes and reports entered by users, survey responses, order entries, product availability observations, and other retail execution and merchandising data collected during field activities. The platform may also process business contact information related to retail locations and customer accounts, including store names, addresses, and contact details where provided by the customer. Repsly processes this information solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving its SaaS retail execution platform, enabling customers to manage field teams, monitor in-store execution, collect operational data from retail locations, and generate analytics and performance insights. In addition, in its capacity as a data controller, Repsly processes limited employment-related personal data of its own employees and contractors for purposes such as recruitment, human resources management, payroll, benefits administration, and internal business operations.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Repsly GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
